Adams attended the University of Missouri, majoring in communications while working multiple part-time jobs to pay for her education, including positions as a bartender at a sports bar and a radio personality on local music and sports radio stations. Adams began her career as an in-game host for the St. Louis Cardinals at their home games before transitioning to professional football coverage. She established herself in the fantasy football world, hosting SiriusXM's "Livin' the Fantasy" and "SiriusXM Fantasy Drive," as well as DirecTV's "NFL Sunday Ticket Fantasy Zone."
